"356 Billfish Unit 7" Prachtige stadswoning! Toegang tot strand en baai!

Stap in dit prachtige pas gerenoveerde stadshuis! Grote open plattegrond met 1350 vierkante meter open leven! Deze ruime woning biedt 2 master suites! Een suite heeft een kingsize bed met een 42-inch flatscreen-tv, met een volledig bad op de kamer. Tweede slaapkamer heeft een Queen size bed met een tweepersoons slaapbank en een 32 "flatscreen-tv. Mooie suite badkamer zonder kosten gespaard! Woonkamer biedt ook een grote open plattegrond en een grote 55-inch flatscreen-tv, met kabel en HD-kanalen (TV is WIFI verbonden !!) en verduisteringsgordijnen, mooie half bad uit de woonkamer. Koningin slaper in de woonkamer voor extra gasten. Keuken is volledig gerenoveerd en georgeous met alle high-end roestvrijstalen apparaten en granieten aanrechtbladen, elektrische wijnopener met Wine Chilling Bucket, voor die speciale nachten!Full-size wasmachine en droger in eenheid! Omheinde patio met terras en douche voor privacy en huisdieren om veilig te zwerven!
Ingang met poort met toetsenbord op de patio.
Boot glijdt over de baai, het is een korte wandeling naar de baai waar je een boot omhoog kunt trekken, wie het eerst komt het eerst maalt voor kort parkeren. Niet overnachten. Aanhangwagens kunnen niet op het terrein worden geparkeerd. Je moet bij een van de jachthavens op het eiland ruimte huren voor de trailer. (Ik raad je aan om bij een van de jachthavens te reserveren voor je boot om er zeker van te zijn dat je een plek hebt).

Er is een gasbarbecue en een ruime terrastafel met zes stoelen en twee voetenbankjes.

We loved our stay here and would stay again it is very clean quite and cozy. We were able to bring our dachshund with us and not worry about letting him out. The nice deck with fence was a perfect little spot to sit and drink your coffee and let your pup hang out. The bed was comfy and plenty of pillows. The blackout curtains were great when we slept in one morning. Looks just like pictures on their site. Beach access is perfect to be across the street. Wifi was great for my class i had to attend on my laptop. phone charging on end table and i forgot my blow dryer and they have one in each bathroom! Wonderful last min vacation. Thank You :)

Great Experience

The rental was very clean, true to the listing, and great location. The property manager, Kimberly, was excellent with communication via text. The dishwasher went out the day before our stay and it was replaced before we arrived. This was all communicated to us quickly and very appreciated.

Our family would stay here again. Pros: Mgt team very good at communication with us before and during our stay. Very clean and modern comfy feeling inside. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Convenient parking spot(s) for the unit which is like 15 feet to your front door. 2-3 minute walk to the beautiful beach (you can see the beach pavilion from the unit and the daily green/yellow/red beach flag). Well stocked bath towels and beach towels. Garden hose on the deck to rinse off the beach sand. Nice deck area we used for breakfast every morning. Cons The only thing to mention is the 2nd bedroom for the kids is about 20-30 feet from the 35MPH road. Not a problem in the middle of the night as the area is quiet and devoid of traffic, but you will hear roadnoise from cars passing by around 7 or 7:30AM. Minor headsup items: No cooking oil or salt or pepper found. 1 pack of powered dishwasher for one load and no laundry soap. So BYO. Bathroom soaps and bath shampoo are provided in limited qty.

Perfect location

This condo was the perfect location for what we were looking for. A quick walk to the beach and a convenient boat passenger pick up right next door. We brought our boat and were able to park at the slip next door when we needed a break for lunch while on the water. I definitely recommend if this is the location and amenities your are looking for.

Super Great Stay!

This place was perfect for our family of five! Everything was just as listed and shown. It was clean, and stocked with what we needed. The host was super easy to communicate with, and we enjoyed the fact that we could easily just walk across to the beach! We will definitely plan to stay again should we be in the area! ❤️

Just as advertised

Could not have asked for a better location. The townhome is directly across from a beach access, as well as an Italian restaurant, and a couple of seafood places just down the street. The area is quiet, and it's easy enough to drive to the main streets. The townhome is very nice and roomy. Kitchen is well equipped. Please note that the bedrooms are located upstairs, and the stairs are steep. The home was nicely decorated and clean. Manager kept in contact regularly. If you are bringing a pet, there is a nice area off the deck that is enclosed.

Location is excellent…directly across from the beach. I do wish description mentioned it was 2 floors as I have hip/knee issues so stairs were difficult. I would have preferred one story condo. There were a couple of maintenance issues that I reported & got an immediate phone call. It is roomy, clean & most needs were furnished.
