This beautiful home is decorated with coastal blues, greens, and reds and offers many amenities including beautifully tiled floor throughout. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The unit has a round table in the dining area with seating for four people. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, ottoman/twin bed convertible, desk, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, seating nook, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
