'Landers Lakehouse is a very quiet and peaceful getaway. My only issue was the dog that was always around. We couldn’t eat outside as planned as the dog was always wanting food. Other then that very peaceful and relaxing.'

'This home is a well done , comfortable carriage house behind the owner's home. It is nicely done for a huge one room area- a nice size kitchen, a wonderful shower, a comfy bed and a comfortable roomy living space. The owner was very responsive to messages and has obviously put a lot of thought and care into his VRBO rental. The street has some very nice homes that have been redone or are being renovated. ' Very nice place. Usually have to drive around the block a few times to find parking unless it’s the middle of the day. Convenient location other than parking. The loft area gets very hot but running the fan helps. Would be perfect if the loft has its own hvac unit. '

'Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses.
