'Hotel is going through a remodel which was not disclosed prior to booking. Rooms are nice but dated. Cleaning was not 100% as we had to remove food from the room upon arrival. Staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. They made the stay very enjoyable.'

'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. We didn’t complain because it didn’t bother us, but we made note of it with the staff at checkout. When we returned later in the week for one more...

'Ideale ligging, veel op loop afstand. Makkelijk bereikbaar vanuit union station via de Skywalk loop je zo naar het hotel. Alles netjes, schoon en badkamer en bed waren top. 1 nadeel geluidsoverlast vanaf het treinspoor wat direct achter het hotel loopt, maar af wat wil je in een grote stad. '
