The rooms are spacious and spotless. I felt secure knowing that only people with room keys could access the elevator. The hotel is in one of the better neighbourhoods of Toronto and there are seemingly unlimited options for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the area. There is a pool and a gym but I did not use those.

Has close access to the downtown street car system in Toronto. We didn’t need it since most things we were going to were walkable but it’s nice to have as an option. 'Close to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well.'
