The 3rd and 4th floor ceilings were falling in so they were closed down. The cops were there for one reason or the other two straight days. People that lived at the hotel tried to get in everyone’s business and start drama with guests that stayed there especially when it came to the outdoor pool. Room was fine but...

"Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! "
