'Just one night, but a welcome reprieve after travelling. Really appreciated the kettle with tea/coffee sachets and cute little biscuits. Had a mini fridge. Loved the cosy two-seater couch near the window. Also had a table and chairs. Had a great sleep and enjoyed my stay!'

'Our room had an awful smell like either smoking or urine ! I did tell the man at the counter but that was it! We had to sleep there 2 nights. We will probably stay there again as that was our 3rd time but I will request not to have room 12 '

Leider gab es in der riesigen Fensterfront nur ein kleines Fenster, das geöffnet werden konnte - für Menschen die mit Klimaanlage nicht schlafen können leider etwas schade. 'Everything about Breakfree proved to be great during my 2 day stay. It was an excellent and stress free experience. I plan to stay there again if the price remains affordable. Thank you once again for providing good accommodation with kitchenette, iron and hairdryer included. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location too in Melbourne St, Nth Adelaide!'

'Breakfast was an issue was available until10:30 however when arriving at 10:00 no one was checking on what needed to be topped up and several heated dishes were empty. When querying was provided with the items, juice levels were almost empty. Also the meat and cheese in the cooler looked as if they had been there several days -as they were as we had the same experience all three breakfasts. Contacting front desk/housekeeping on the phone was impossible as no one answered. '

'We were disappointed by aspects of our recent 3-night stay, particularly given the hotel’s 5-star luxury standard. On two days, our room was not tidied or cleaned unless we specifically contacted reception, despite having the sign on the door requesting servicing from 9am. We also noticed dust on the bathroom walls. When we followed up about cleaning at 2pm, we were told rooms are prioritised based on check-outs, which was frustrating given our room had been available for servicing all day. That...
