'Despite being on a main thru road, it was surprisingly very quiet. The house is nicely decorated and presented tho it shows it age with uneven floors. The host was very responsive and easy going. Amenities were a huge plus! The only down side was the neighborhood being concerning due to several recent gang like activities in the very near vicinity (2 miles and under). Please check local news b4 coming. Otherwise it's a solid 5 star review'

'We needed a place to stay while in town for a wedding, and this home was perfect for our needs. We were able to bring our dogs and the sun room was a perfect place for them to be protected and closeby while we were in the home (baby gate worked great). The shower was great, the master bed was comfortable, the side porch and front porch were perfect for hanging out and just chatting over coffee/drinks. We even brought our guitars and played some on the carport while my husband grilled a home...

'This was our first time ever booking on VRBO. My husband is completely against them as we watch too many horror movies. But the stay here has changed his mind. The house was just as the pictures we saw. The property manager was always available. It was nice and spacious and clean. We barely were there as we were in town for a family reunion. But we were pleased with this booking. I hope to book this place again next year if it is available.'

'My family and I stayed here to attend the NC Pickle Festival. This townhome was exceptionally clean with modern decor and plenty of bathrooms! The neighborhood felt safe and was ~25 minute easy drive from the festival in Mount Olive. We particularly enjoyed the living room set up with the sectional for seating and a very big TV. This was perfect for the 5 of us and we had a great time!!'

'This property is perfect for a family attending any events @ East Carolina University. Its far away enough to get away from the chaos of Greenville and an easy drive to campus. The town of Kinston has plenty of restaurants, grocery, etc. as well. Very warm and friendly community. Will definitely return or make recommendations to this property. Home and property was clean and simple and provided more than what we could've asked for.'
