'The hotel is currently being renovated, so the corridor with the elevator is a construction site. Our room had not yet been renovated and made a dated impression. But all necessary facilities were present and working. Nice and helpful staff, especially the cleaners. Of the 5 hotels during our trip through New England, this was the least good.'

'My sisters and I stayed for a quick get away trip over the weekend. Lots of space in the livingroom for hanging out and large kitchen table for games. I could actually tell the bedding was washed since it actually smelled clean. The hot tub was so NICE. It snowed before we arrived so it was a little difficult to figure out how far into the driveway we could pull up to. It did end up melting a bit so we were able to pull up more. I will say the kitchen has cooking ware but the pans arent huge so...

'Well first off the ad on VRBO is inaccurate. It’s not entire house it’s an apartment. The pictures show entire house. Then once you get the information to be able to check in the place it tells you a unit number. Some of the outlets do not work. The batteries in the tv remote were corroded had to purchase new ones to be able to watch tv. We booked this place going off the fact that it said entire house and we thought it would not have a lot of stairs since I was bringing my elderly parent who...

'We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking at any of his properties again.'
