'it is a great motel for an overnight stay on the road it is clean and includes breakfast it is not in the centre of Franklin but outside of it there is a waffle house next door and a mc donalds across the street and more places to eat nearby.'

'The staff was awesome! So helpful from checking, to checking on is to see how our stay was going, to giving us a paper map in case we lost a signal in the mountains. We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. 'Great location in Franklin! Shopping and restaurants nearby. We go to Franklin often as we have family there. This was very convenient to Mack Hatcher. Nice breakfast!'

'Rooms are clean. Place is being remodeled. Night staff very friendly. Day staff not very friendly if you can find 1. Breakfast be sure you go early as its gone quickly.'

'Early evening checking in with staff was easy. The staff member was friendly, polite, and helpful. Best to not have a room with a pool view as noise carries and it was loud and late from a party of children and parents. Other guests across the hall decided to shout out between rooms after 1am also disrupting some needed rest after a long day of traveling.'

'The hotel appeared clean, but both the lobby and our room had a noticeable urine odor. The lobby restroom smelled strongly of cat urine. It smelt like they had tried to use sprays to cover it up, but it didn’t work. Many walls had visible patches that were never properly painted or finished, especially in the bathroom.
