We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. The breakfast options weren’t as good as other stays we’ve had with homewood, but we managed to feed our family of six. Entry to the hotel parking lot is an issue. 'The property was not what I have come to know as the Hampton Inn chain. Typically a Hampton meets above average requirements but unfortunately this one was sub par. They put us in the wrong type of rooms even though we had reserved a specific configuration. The customer support was not supportive at all. When I travel in the future I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn. Sadly, a former Hampton Inn guest.'

'The bed was very firm to sleep on and the pillows provided little support. The toilet in the bathroom would also barely flush. The ice machine was on the bottom floor which made it difficult to get ice. The TV cable did not work as well.'

'Property was nice though the address given to the hotel didn't show up on my Garmin or my cell phone but had no issues finding the hotel. Room was nice and clean but had a room on the freeway side which was a little noisy. Other than that, great stay, excellent breakfast.'
