We found the AC was not functionings properly. We contacted the host. The host made several suggestions to maybe fix the problem. None of the suggestions worked. 'This was a great location for our first time to Lake Anna. There were many restaurants to choose from close by, and we chartered a boat cruise (Sunshine Swan) at the nearby marina. The hot tub was wonderful. There were 3 adults, and we all had our own room and bathroom. Super quiet neighborhood, and the hosts were great communicators. Would stay there again. '
