Mooi Aangepast Strandhuis Met Panoramisch Uitzicht Verminderde tarieven op maandelijkse huur

Er is veel ruimte voor de hele familie in ons eigen huis met graniet en verbeterde afwerkingen doorheen. Het bovenste balkon en onderdek geeft dit huis een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf en de Baai / Inter-kustwateren. De stranden op Treasure Island zijn mooi, niet druk en vol met zeeschelpen voor de familie om te verzamelen. Als je familie houdt van vissen, is Treasure Island bekend om zijn vis. Dicht bij de toegang tot het strand. Geniet van een gevoel van veiligheid, sinds onze Gemeenschap heeft 24 uur beveiliging. Er is een vissen- en crabbing-pier aan de baaizijde, gemeenschapsgebouw, toegang tot het strand. Dicht bij Galveston voor alle toeristische attracties.

Not what was presented online

The property needs repairs and cleaning. Dirty window sills with bugs. Blinds were filthy. Sticky spots on granite and sand on the master bedroom couch. Broken furniture and the upstairs beds were horribly uncomfortable! The kitchen was adequately supplied but appliances were dirty and there was no Kuerig for kcups. Will not stay here again!

House is ran on window units they do not cool the house we had to go purchase fans to stay cool so we could sleep and i had a 5 month old baby that had to sleep hot i guess its my fault i should have asked if the ac worked before i rented it i will make sure i ask that in the future.

Awesome house with really nice finishes, view from the deck is great the lower one gets unobstructed views in some directions and the upper deck is almost completely unobstructed, way better than expected.a previous review complained about the water plant across the street but i have no idea why, it is a huge plus because its way lower than a house would be and makes little to no noise. Another person complained about the window units, they were actually great to have to supplement the central ac, most houses in galveston stay hot even with AC, but this really helped. Seriously these are both silly complaints, dont worry about them. Host had great communication, getting in the property was easy, and the house was well equipped for anything you want to cook. The beach is a little tricky to get into, but its super close and once you are on it, its very private for a galveston area beach, it was beautiful outside, tons of people in galveston but only a few on the beach here. Highly recommend this property!

Well kept, Apple Map was very accurate. Neighborhood was well kept. No riffraff to worry about. Master suite was amazing. Kitchen was amazing and well stocked. I will stay here again.

Very spacious and close to beach entrance!

Overall, I would recommend this beach house to friends and family. Property manager/owner was quick to communicate which made the rental process much easier. The home was clean, felt no sand on my feet throughout the house walking barefoot. Wonderful views of the water with all the porches/patios around the homes. Will rent again!

We got a really good rate for a last minute weekend plan. When we arrived we discovered the central air does not work. Confirmed that with the host. There are only window units that cool the house. Thankfully it wasn't summer. There is water damage on the walls upstairs bathroom and two kitchen windows. The walls are dirty in several areas. One of the beds upstairs was not in good condition. The window unit in the living room was loud and made it difficult to have conversation. If you plan to cook, bring your own skillet. The skillets in the kitchen are not satisfactory to use. Just know these things when you make your decision.

Birthday getaway

We took our son and a friend to enjoy his 16th birthday, the boys had a fantastic time! I really loved the house and how spacious it was. We felt we had enough room away from the boys. Also we were able to enjoy the eclipse while fishing on the beach; then the boys went across the bridge to go play mini golf. We will be back next summer for sure!

CLEANEST PROPERTY AND BEST HOST YET

We vacation a couple times a year and this property has by far been the cleanest of the 20+ properties in the last ten years. This trip was for medical reasons (surgery at MD Anderson) and was for the recovery portion. This said, we contacted the property manager in advance to ensure the property was suitable for post surgery recovery. Jennifer assured us the cleaning was top notch, and she was spot on. The property was well furnished, very clean, and perfect for our needs. Would stay again anytime. Thanks for making a difficult situation so much better. Cheers

Generally nice ,short on Tp for 8 guests for 5 nights ,yard around house loaded with very painful stickers ,stay off the grass,master bedroom not very cool , some mold on vents of the master bedroom window unit , over all nice place to stay very accommodating
