Spacious new 6 bedroom massive home in Surfside with room for up to 40 people!!! The home was remodeled and professionally decorated in 2020, and has more than enough space for your entire family! At over 3,500 square feet, this is one of the largest homes in Surfside, and just one minute from the beach! The deck wraps around the entire house and provides great sunset and bay views! The home sits on 4 lots and, has ample parking. With two separate living spaces, you won't run out of room!!

NOTE: Our cancellation policy will remain firm in all circumstances. Please ensure you are able to travel prior to booking, or purchase trip insurance to protect your trip plans. We can assure our guests that we will continue to be incredibly detailed in our housekeeping procedures, including the deep cleaning all surfaces and linens during the turnover of each home. Your peace of mind is our priority.

WIFI: High-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps.

Community Amenities: Surfside Marina is right across the street.

Beach Access: Surfside Beach is only a five-minute drive away.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend to Surfside!

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Age Requirement: You must be 24+ to book.

Driveway can hold 6-7 cars.

Other things to note
There are security cameras on the exterior of the home (none on the interior) for the protection of our guests and for monitoring when the home is vacant.


We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8+ would need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc., but do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
