'Disappointing stay—nothing like the online impression Island Seas Resort looked much better online than it did in person. Cockroaches and poor cleanliness were major concerns, and the services fell well short of what I expected from a resort. There was no dining available during my stay. The only option was a coffee shop open for a couple of hours, offering coffee and a muffin. There was no concierge, and I ended up renting a car to get groceries and drive elsewhere for meals. It showed a washer and dryer and I told the host we had rented a car then had no place to park. The host gave me some money back but we left 3 days early. I’d book somewhere else if you’re planning on renting a...

'I enjoyed the property. It was just as listed. There was a brief communication issue that affected check-in (not by the owner but VRBO). Everything else was great!!'
