'We booked this place for our family of four and it was way too small with not enough sleeping for our kids. Pool was full of leaves and other stuff; property was not clean enough. Driveway/walkway to the apartment was really steep. We were there only for one night and I couldn’t wait to get out of there fast enough. '

'The SeaClusion location to Georgetown, Exuma Grocery market, liquor stores, Straw Market and small boutiques is great. We met the host during our stay and he was very friendly. The house layout is great for lots of guests and we had 10 adults and 1 toddler. The view is very pretty and pool size great. Overall it worked for us. Cons: it does need a good deep cleaning, and furniture cleaned. A combo Keurig pod/coffee pot machine would be nice, add a hand mixer and a vacuum cleaner that worked...

'Great location, beautiful beach, lovely sea view from the deck, lots and lots of gear to use on the beach and the kitchen is chock a block with tools, etc. Easy to walk to Marina Village for shops and restaurants; easy to walk to a grocery store and liquor store. Reindly, supportive host who lives in the condo complex. '

'Over all, no complaints and everything in good order. One bathroom sink was plugged up, but a repair person came in a timely fashion and cleaned it out. Cornelia, the manager, was very helpful. The house was an excellent place to stay, however it now bears the marks of showing some aging. Would have appreciated an easier access to get to the beach from the house. The front porch is a definite winner with a glorious view. Overall, very accommodating for the 7 of us!'

'We loved our stay at Sunrise Villa! The property is beautiful and well maintained. It was the perfect oasis for us after spending our days snorkeling and boating. The villa itself is clean and tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you need. 'This was our favorite visit and stay experience in Exuma. The house was spacious, comfortable & had everything we needed. The best part was being right on the waterfront with gorgeous views and the sound of waves lapping. There’s a scheduled shuttle that helps get you to the right location in town and pick up is included too. If the water is calm, you can walk out waist high at low tide past the rock formations. 'We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 (5 adults and 3 children (4 and under). The amenities were amazing. Kitchen very well-provisioned, new porta-crib, high chair and all the things we needed. Plenty of linens, comfortable beds, and just a walk across the parking lot to the beach!
