'This motel was definitely giving Rose Motel vibes. 😁. It was a great place for our stay. We only stayed one night because of our itinerary, but would have liked to stay more. Front desk manager (Alex, I think?) was super helpful and she was super nice. The pool looked nice but we didn’t have enough time to use it. There was a trolley that you could utilize and we would have if we were going to be there longer. Beds were comfy and the rooms had window air units and kept the rooms cool. '

'Stayed here with my grandsons on a quick trip to KPT to visit friends on Goose Rocks. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, grounds and room were clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool. Short drive to Goose Rocks and even shorter to the Port. Very reasonable rates in an area that can be quite pricey! Would definitely stay again. '

There were a lot of families and it was a perfect place for the kids to play. We are a retired couple but enjoyed watching the kids play and having a private spot on the beach. 'Beautiful old house on quiet street within walking distance of Kennebunkport centre. The house is full of character and has welcoming hosts. The room (The Study) was downstairs and we were the only guests that night, so was very peaceful. Breakfast was cooked by Chris and was delicious.

"We haven't seen any staff at al! We checked in at 3.30 , not late, but the key was in the mailbox, our room was in another building, no heating ( it was freazing last night) and no extra blancket. Breakfast was not what we expected and again no one was there! We made the decision to go to a Bed and Breakfast because it is so much more personal then a hotel but that is difficult when no one is there or shows up!"
