Schöner Meerblick, zentrale Lage
Trotz der Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone ist es in der geräumigen und sehr sauberen Wohnung ruhig. Der Patio ist gleichzeitig Eingangsbereich für die beiden anderen Appartments. Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick zum Meer und in die Sterne. Einzig der aufsteigende Essensgeruch aus dem darunterliegenden Döner-Lokal ist manchmal störend. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung durch Joa.

Fantastic holiday staying at the casapatio apartment. Our contact Joa was very welcoming, informative and responsive. The apartment provided everything we wanted and is in an excellent central location in Corralejo.

Great views, perfect for one person or a couple.
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean & spacious. Perfect apartment for one person or a couple. The sun deck area has a fabulous view of the harbour & sea. It could be made even better if it had a purpose built shaded area rather than having to rely on the parasol provided as the welcome Fuerte winds meant we needed to tie it down each day. We’d booked it as it was described as having two air conditioned bedrooms. Unfortunately, the listing was changed after we’d booked & we weren’t made aware that the one bedroom only had a freestanding fan & a ceiling fan, which in the June heat was ineffectual. The windows couldn’t be left open at night due to the night club across the street being open 10pm - 5.30am every night. As we were two friends we needed 2 bedrooms and found the one very hot. The manager & cleaner were both helpful.

Great location and clean apartment
Do not be put off by this apartment entrance next to a kebab shop - you hear and see nothing when inside and have great harbour views. You are between the avanti and Marquesina hotels with harbour and sea views from the large living area and roof top patio. A well equipped and clean spacious apartment and great value for money - we have booked again - thank you

Fantastic location with great view over the sea
This is our second time renting this apartment and yet again it didn’t disappoint. It is a lovely clean apartment with plenty of space and great views. It is in a great location with the music square and main high street virtually just outside the door. Joa the apartment manager is really helpful and always answers messages promptly. It is a gem and will definitely be back.

Surprisingly good, in fact perfect
As other reviews mention you cannot help but have some concerns regards this property being over a kebab shop. Relax this place is a very rare 10 out of 10 for me, the kebab shop is not an issue in fact it was handy for a late night snack. The apartment has so much space, is in good order and has everything you need to feel at home. We do not return to the same place ever but this one will be the exception, great views of the harbour and sea front and from the higher roof solarium you can look at the Main Street below. The music square is around 70m away and can hardly hear it from within the property, if you want to listen to the music take a wine or a rum up on the roof. Jao checked us in and out and was very helpful particularly when we need to remain later than the check out time. To sum up this place was in the prefect spot for everything, although late bars were near by they did not disturb our peace, everything you need including iron, hair dryer, washing machine, cooker and dish washer are in place and all for a very reasonable price. This truly was the perfect place for us thank you Jao and the owners

A REFAIRE
L'appartement est très bien situé près du port et de tous les commerce. Il est très spacieux et très propre et très lumineux. Confort au niveau de la literie et du linge de maison. Il est très beau. 2 belles terrasses. La personne qui nous a accueillie est charmante. (petit bémol au niveau de l'insonorisation et manque un petit éclairage terrasse supérieur ainsi qu'un rideau porte entrée). Mais nous reviendrons sans problème car il est top !

Location, location, location!
We have been staying as this property for many years, the location and view is unbeatable. Thomas and his team always go above and beyond to help in any way. Parking has got more difficult over the years but still manageable. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. There have been some changes to the 2 bedroom apartment and the terrace since we last stayed and we felt it had lost some of its charm..but I’m sure it will be top of the list should we wish to visit again!

To be honest we were initially a bit put off by the location above a kebab shop. However we can honestly say that it is one of the smartest and most comfortable apartments that we have ever had the pleasure of renting. It's very well appointed with all the equipment that you could want in the kitchen and there is a great smart TV and a very nice bathroom. However probably the most winning feature is the huge picture window which gives you a great view of the harbour and it's a very nice place to watch sunrise. We also liked the 2 terraces which give you every opportunity to enjoy the sun and/or get out of the wind. Although it's in the town centre the noise tends to die down before midnight and the double glazing is very well insulated.

Great location for everything
We had a great week at this property. It is in a fantastic spot not far from the local supermarket and Main Street with lots of restaurants and bars. The music square is very near and you can listen to the music from the terrace. Communication with Joa the property manager was really good and she is very helpful and speaks good English. We will book again with no hesitation 5 stars all round.

Perfect stay, amazing apartment.
Stayed at the apartment 6 months later than planned (due to covid) but wow was it worth the wait. The apartment was immaculately clean on arrival, and is so well equipt - a real home from home. Comfy beds, great shower with plenty of hot water. Stay in private rentals at least 4 times a year but have never stayed anywhere where the owner is so keen to ensure the guests have everything they need for a perfect stay - nothing was too much trouble for Thomas. The views from the huge lounge windows are stunning (same from the roof terrace). We sat and read all day watching the ferries going in and out - despite being in town, still felt really peaceful. Previously in Corralejo I've stayed slightly out of town - felt so spoilt here this time - music square just steps away, as is the sea front. The location really couldn't be beaten. Cannot wait to return as soon as we can. Thank you Thomas! (& was lovely to meet you during our stay)

Fantastic location , fantastic views
Had brilliant communication from Thomas the owner all the way through the booking as our booking was during the covid . Property is brilliant and as shown in the pictures , modern and extremely clean and lots extension cables and plug sockets if required . As stated tv channels are German or Spanish .no fans required as air con in bedroom and with windows opening living space cool . Location you can’t beat beach 30 seconds to the left , music square 30 seconds to your right . Slight issue the centre is now pedestrian only but lots of free parking within 5 minutes walk and right next door to the taxis . You can drive through this area to drop your cases off by driving past the police station .Only issue I was expecting the courtyard to be more private and the Roof area . This was not the case and the smaller apartment above has a roof terrace right next to you and they gain access to there apartment walking through the courtyard . Also owned by Thomas . Overall a great apartment and a great owner .

Our stay was fabulous, it was my 2nd stay at the apartment and certainly won't be the last, it's absolutely stunning fitted with beautiful furnishings through out. It has stunning views from inside and out. I cannot fault this apartment at all. The shower was perfect for my husband who is slightly disabled. The beds are super comphy. There was everything you could wish for here. Both me and my husband really did feel like we were at home and not in a holiday rental. Very clean and well located apartment. The apartment is one of the largest ive ever stayed in.
Everything you could ever want in a holiday apartment .Location could not be better ,numerous restaurants within 200 yards .The handover was great and as it was possible we stayed well past the checkout time which was very convenient for us with a late afternoon flight. Phantastische Unterkunft im Herzen von Corralejo!!!!!
Wir verbrachten wieder einmal eine Woche auf unserer Lieblingsinsel und waren überwältigt von dieser Wohnung, einfach perfekt! Morgens kann man den Sonnenaufgang von einer Dachterrasse genießen, der Blick auf den Hafen ist spektakulär. Das Patio ist ein idealer Ort zum frühstücken oder den Abend gemütlich mit einem Glas Wein zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ein Traum für Selbstversorger, es mangelt an nichts. Tritt man vor die Tür, hat man die Qual der Wahl, welches der einladenden Restaurants oder der gemütlichen Tapas- Bars man nun besuchen sollte. Zum Hafen oder einem kleinen Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Celli hat uns am Tag unserer Ankunft herzlich empfangen, wir fühlten uns willkommen. Besonders wollen wir uns bei Vanessa bedanken, sie war stets erreichbar, konnte uns bei Fragen super weiterhelfen. Kurzum, dieser Urlaub war gelungen- wir werden definitiv noch einmal diese Unterkunft buchen, denn eigentlich will man hier überhaupt nicht mehr weg. Lieben Dank !!!!!

Fantastic Apartment! Would highly recommend.
This our second stay at Casa Patio. What a Great apartment, excellent location and fantastic views! Leo was there to greet us and was so friendly and helpful as was Vanessa. Beds are really comfy, roof terrace has amazing views! Lots of really good restaurants nearby, and just a few steps away from the beach. Would highly recommend, we will definitely return!

My husband & I have I stayed at this property several times. The Appartment is spacious & well equipped for those wishing to self-cater.It is spotlessly clean.There is a generous amount of outdoor space, the upper terrace has stunning views over the harbour. We love the location as it is right in the old part of town-just next to the music square and the town beach.The Main Street starts literally on the doorstep.It is a lively location, but settles down around midnight when the outdoors live music stops & the cafe's & restaurants close. ( There are bars & nightlife nearby which go on till early hours for those who are looking for them.) There was excellent communication from Thomas and his family.Very reassuring had we have required them, but we didn't & had a wonderful holiday. Can't wait to go back to Corralejo. We would definitely stay at this popular Appartment again if it were available. Diane & Kevin. ( North Wales.)

Wow !!. 13 nights of comfort,views and location. Modern apartment with all the facilities you require. Yes you’ve guessed it we enjoyed. The hosts were easily contacted, helpful but not intrusive. A hidden gem,sadly other clients have found this gem otherwise we would have stayed longer.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location
We stayed for a week in July with our two boys (13 & 14 yrs) The apartment is great, modern, clean and spacious with amazing views of the harbour and close to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. There are comfortable beds, fluffy towels and a well equipped kitchen. Vanessa met us at the apartment and was on hand for anything we needed during in our stay. We would not hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend

Excellent property and location
Pictures don't really do the apartment justice! View from the living/dining area picture windows over the marina/harbour out to Los Lobos is superb. Kitchen is huge, party could be had in the shower and the main bedroom is massive. The patio is a great suntrap if the wind is too much for folk on the upper terrace. Despite the very central location the apartment is quiet and extremely handy for shops and supermarkets. The owners of the property are great and nothing is too much trouble for them if things aren't up to standard (mucho gracias Leonardo!). Overall an excellent place to spend time chilling or chasing the wind.

This was our second stay at Casa Patio. After our first stay last year for two weeks we did not hesitate to book for a month this year. An ideal property for either a short or long stay holiday. The property, its facilities, views and location cannot fail to impress. I again could not find any negatives, real five star accommodation. We will never tire of having our breakfast looking at that sea view. The photographs and list of facilities cannot do this property justice the reality has to be experienced. Waren "Wiederholungstäter" und haben uns auch beim zweiten Aufenthalt in der Casa Patio wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und uns prima erholt. Die Ruhe bei dennoch absolut zentraler Lage ist wirklich super. Fast schade, dass es so viele gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt - wir haben die wirklich toll ausgestattete Küche deshalb kaum genutzt ;-) Aber wer lieber selbst kochen möchte, findet in der Wohnung wirklich so gut wie alles was das Herz begehrt. Fast perfekter Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung sieht genauso wie auf den Bildern aus, sehr großräumig und alles super sauber. Die Lage ist top, direkt am Meer und Zentrum nah. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich gute Tapas Bars und andere Gastronomien, sehr zu Empfehlen ist vor allem Tapas Oscar, Big Wave Pizzeria und 500gr. Lab wo wir mehrmals zu Abend gegessen haben. Leider war zu unserer Zeit der Strand direkt vor der Haustür wegen Verschmutzung fast die ganzen drei Wochen gesperrt, was wir sehr schade fanden. Wenn wir Probleme hatten, haben wir uns mit einer kurzen Mitteilung an Thomas und der Haushälterin Chelli gewandt und kurze Zeit später kamen sie in die Wohnung um zu helfen. Zum Beispiel wegen dem Sat-Empfang, sofort kam ein Techniker und alles funktionierte wieder. Oder auch dem Sonnenschirm auf der kleinen Terrasse, direkt wurde uns ein neuer Schirm gebracht. Vielen Dank nochmal für den schnellen Service. Was uns ein wenig gestört hat, war der Übergang zur kleinen Terrasse, für ältere Leute teilweise beschwerlich was auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist. Vorsicht ist geboten mit dem Sonnenschirm auf der kleinen Terrasse bei Wind, unserer ist abgebrochen. Was ein wenig gestört hat war die Geräuschkulisse, bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen war an manchen Tagen ziemlich laut, da Musik in der Nacht zu hören ist. Wir bedanken uns bei Thomas und Chelli für die erholsamen 3 Wochen die wir bei euch verbringen konnten.

Room with a view
Myself and my wife arrived on the 28th December for a two week winter break. Having stayed in Corralejo previously in apartment complexes and a villa we decided to try this property for it's location and views. We were not disappointed both were fantastic !! The apartment is large and light with everything you need. Great kitchen, bedroom's and a brilliant walk in shower room. I didn't meet Thomas the owner but his response to my emails and questions have been prompt and positive. His description of the property is accurate and met all our expectation's. I could go on but need to confirm my next booking before 'you readers' of this review book my next holiday dates !!!
