Groot appartement, goede locatie, harde bedden
Het 4 persoons appartement was groot en schoon. Ook de locatie is goed. Vanaf het dak uitzicht over Cotillo en vlakbij de oude haven. Strand is een stukje lopen. Het enige wat wij niet fijn vonden waren de keiharde bedden. We hebben daardoor niet heel goed geslapen.

Un ensemble bien situé, au calme avec magnifique vue mer, une piscine en rooftop, de vastes appartements, une literie de bonne qualité, un excellent accueil sur place. Décoration succincte, manque un 2nd miroir et un peu plus de vaisselle.

Saubere und ruhige Unterkunft nahe des alten Ortskerns mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption. Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft ohne großen Schnick-Schnack, aber insgesamt besteht ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche an diesem entspannten Ort, auch wenn man vielleicht kleinere Dinge bemängeln könnte (z.B. waren die Einzelbetten nicht so bequem wie das Doppelbett, wir hatten auch keinen Meerblick). Muchas gracias!

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Schade das wir von unserem Studio aus absolut keinen Meerblick hatten und das bei einer Unterkunft die sich Cotillo Ocean View nennt. Auf Nachfrage sagte man mir für Meerblick hätte ich mich vorher per Mail melden sollen... sorry das geht gar nicht.

Pro: L'appartamento n° 18 ha vista sull'oceano su due lati, e un enorme balconata che praticamente è ad uso esclusivo. Contro: Manca l'aria condizionata. Non c'è il servizio di housekeeping, anche se cambiano gli asciugamani una volta nella settimana.

amazing venue
Cotillo Ocean View is one of the best venues I ever stayed at. It is clean, modern, my studio apartament was spacious and highly functional. It is right on the ocean where you can hear the waves and admire sunsets. This hotel exceeded my expectatiions and was a huge part in my incredibly successful holiday in FV. The check in and out was easy and the team are incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd stay again at Ocean View.

Great place in great position
Fantastic as usual. We have stayed there 2 times before. One night we came home to 1 inch of water on floor. Boiler had leaked. We had a mop and bucket so cleaned most up and the next morning when we went to reception they immediately replaced the boiler. Great holiday. Will return.

Clean, functional, very well located, good balconies and terraces for sitting out. Kitchen only just about adequate, nowhere particularly comfortable to sit. Not easy to find your way around if arriving when reception is closed.

Sehr schön gelegen, leider war das Restaurant im Haus in der Renervierung. Der Pool ist schön aber nicht beheizt, so dass es im Februar doch etwas zu kalt zum Baden war. Gerne mal wieder

Wir bieten den Handtuchwechsel am vierten Tag und den Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher am siebten Tag an. Wir hatten einige Probleme mit dem Druck des Wassers, wir empfinden die Unannehmlichkeiten, das Problem ist bereits gelöst. Vielen Dank für Ihre Anmerkungen. Wir arbeiten weiter daran, einen besseren Service anzubieten.

Helpful staff. Shame about the rest.
Awful smell of sewage on our terrace and at the pool due to ventilation shafts. Water supply was irregular and cut off mid shower. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. From the outside the building looked very scruffy. The town itself was very run down and apart from one street very ugly. The only good thing about our accommodation was the staff who were very helpful.

We have had problems with bad odors, which are already solved, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Cotillo is a quiet and beautiful fishing village. With old buildings, and bars and restaurants according to the town that are highly esteemed by the clients who are looking for a quiet tourism surrounded by natural spaces. In the hotel we are renovating part of the apartments, as the hotel itself is in the process of being renovated. We hope to see you on another occasion so that you can enjoy our renewed services. Highly enjoyable and comfortable stay.
My second visit to Cotillo Ocean View and as before all went without any hiccups. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. The lady at reception was very helpful and efficient. The apartments are very well located in the village. The rooftop pool is lovely. I would recommend paying a bit extra for the sea view. The sunsets are to die for...

The view from the room was very nice, as was the apartment. Bed wasn't that comfy and room a little dusty but overall pretty good.

This is basically a company run appartment complex, its clean tidy with the basics you need but nothing else. The appartment has sun terraces but unless you book specifically you won't get one overlooking the sea. Cooking facilities are a two ring hob and a microwave Ok if you just want to do a simple breakfast but limited if you wanted to do anything more. Pool terrace is tidy and clean with good views and the pool is a fair size and warm though not heated. There is a restaurant -bar(different Company) within the complex which does breakfasy, lunc and dinner but does have limited opening hours. If you are going to spend most of your time out and about this is a very reasonable appartment, nothing special but OK and the price was good value.

Nettes Apartment in super Lage
Lage - super zentral nur wenige Schritte vom Hafen entfernt, direkt am Meer. Bei Zimmern mit Meerblick entsprechend fantastischer Ausblick. Viele gute Resaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer - geräumiges Apartment. Sporadisch eingerichtet aber gemütlich. Sauber. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ok. Küchenausrüstung ist aufs wesentliche beschränkt. Achtung sehr hellhörig. Man hört jedes Stühle-rücken vom Nachbarn. Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf könnten nachts Probleme bekommen. Vorallem in der Hochsaison. Beim Einchecken wird man auf Rücksichtnahme auf andere Gäste hingewiesen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist noch der Pool auf dem Dach, der nicht zu stark frequentiert war und eine fantastische Sicht über Cotillo bietet. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Next to the best beach, small fishermans-village
The apartement- house is very nice, we enjoyed our stay very much. The stuff is very friendly, and the villlage el cotillo is just beautiful! If you are searching for an apartement where you have enough place to cook, relax and sleep in a small village a bit away from mainstream-tourism, el cotillo ocean view is the perfect place to stay.
