'Beautiful stay, in a traditional looking Japanese hotel. All rooms seem to have Mt. Fuji views which. Was stunning. So does the Onsen. Reception area looks just renovated, very nicely done. Rooms in good condition too, same for spa area. Only area that still can be done is hallwaysz but then again who cares for these. The staff is super kind and helpful, one of the best places we have stayed during our trip!'

'This is the small hotel that they use the exterior for the Netflix drama series “ Hot Spot”. The interior is much more spacious than what we see in the TV show. 'I loved the cabins, the sauna and hot rob were amazing. You can see Mount Fuji from right outside the cabins, which was pretty cool. The staff were also amazing. I definitely recommend this place.'

'Far away from Shibuya, we traveled over 3 hours via public transportation to get here. We arrived at night, and it was a nice adventure with family. My family really enjoyed the stay as it was immersive. There was a lot of detail to dinner and breakfast. We only stayed for 1 night for the morning prayer, which was an experience in itself. 'Nestled up on the way to Mt Minobu, it's close to Kuonji Temple and the Ropeway, which you can reach on foot (though there is a bit of an incline.) The hosts were friendly and the room was exceptionally modern whilst set in a more traditional guesthouse building. Meals were also a highlight as they were well balanced and delicious. '

Groot verouderd hotel, Mount Fuji view was goed

"Locatie was goed, wat verouderd groot hotel. Eten was oké, we vonden slechts enkele gerechten lekker. Ik kreeg omdat ik geen rundvlees at 3 x speklap in mijn menu. Dit had echt anders gekund. Jammer. Pluspunten Mount Fuji goed te zien vanuit dit gebied.En je wordt opgehaald en terug gebracht treinstation. "
