'The room we had was excellent. The only thing is the presence of monkeys was not disclosed on the booking site and i am scared of animals. So all the time i was thinking of themonkeys would come out in our Casitas veranda or on our way in and out. Otherwise our stay was very good and food are tasty.'

'The property is clean but very basics.. no lampshade in our room… Staff was friendly, breakfast buffet hot food selection is good but very cold! And if you are thinking of the close by beach, very dirty! '

'We came at this hotel and instantly it felt good, very friendly and helpfull staff very clean everywhere. The pool was small but also clean, the room same high quality and clean with shower comfort from grohe just like home👍.you really could see that the staff do all efforts to give there guest a warm welcome in a cleaned room..you get alot of value for youre money. we certainly come back here at the next time'

'The YBC Grand is my go to hotel for staying in Olongapo. The convenience of the stores, casino, and malls that are all walkable distances are amazing. The lobby itself is decorated with Christmas theme decorations during the holidays. The AC in the rooms is powerful and cools you down quickly. Water pressure is decent and bathrooms are good. Overall a very good price for the location it is in. Management is amazing and will take care of you. Can’t wait to come back this upcoming year!!'

'Lights are too complicated not good for some seniors No bar soap are available I like the room very spacious I like the hallway it’s wide, never seen that before People are nice, they just forget to clean our room on our last day '

'The room was adequate with a nice view and decent bedding. The shower lacked hot water and water pressure was low. There was a constant hum from some sort of electricity that I could not identify or shut off which made falling asleep difficult. The staff were a little pushy and reminded me multiple times, including a phone call at 11:30a that the checkout time was noon. '

'Our family enjoyed our stay at Whiterock. The kids used the water theme park and slides. The 3 villas we rented were clean but could see outdated bathrooms. Not a lot of resort guests, so it felt exclusive for our family. Overall, we had a great time.'

'The lady at the desk was very friendly she's doing her job very good..👍 But this hotel is way way to expansive for the service the order( none) hotelroom situated at the thirth floor.. no aircon and elevator available in the hallway, only at the groundfloor( so very hot and no fans other floors) in the room a balcony and see view😒1 m wide door opened with alot of force..try closing it almost fell out cabinet drawer broken and garbage inside and almost no water coming out the shower..beach...

'Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold.'
