'Rooms were clean. Fitness center didn't have much except treadmill. Breakfast had lots of options'

'Convenient clean resort. If you have a rental be sure to reserve a parking spot as they’re very limited. We reserved one in advance and were very glad we did as the lot was full.'

'We chose this hotel to gently ease into the Asian time zone. And the hotel could not have been more suitable! Very kind welcome after a long flight for late check in, the room was very clean, comfortable, homey, modern and tasteful. And such a wonderful breakfast concept, starting the day with a hearty soup in the comfort and privacy of your own room. Walking distance from main shopping area and night life.'

'Very nices and quiet location, every helpful staff. Nicest rooms ever'

Eerste receptionist was zeer onvriendelijk.

'Everything's good also staff responding rapidly'

'A very grand reception, but the room was small and not so modern. It was rather clean and there was a fridge in the room. The bathroom was way too small with such a huuuuge toilet in the middle. Also a big chair that took up a lot of space in the room. Location can be inconvenient as it is still quite a walk to the nearest metro station. The self-laundry facilities and vending machines were great. Reception staff needs to improve their English. Our most expensive stay in Hokkaido.'

'Great! Better than expected and it was very spacious with significant amount of space for two 22kg luggage’s to open. 2nd floor was quiet and simple amenities — less of a hotel style service though you could request for cleanings for additional. check in was easy considering i arrived at 10pm. check out was easy as well with space for me to leave my luggage’s (available till 5p) I definitely will want to consider staying at this and their other hotels in the future!'
