'the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice.'

'Stay is in a quiet neighborhood and there are strict rules to not make any noise throughout the day or night. There aren't many shops around and only one 24hr konbini late at night. The couch was very old and was not at all how it looks in the photos. Nice to have a whole kitchen to use but there is only forks and chopsticks. There are cutting boards but no knife to cut anything, only a pair of scissors.'

'was great spacious place for a large group'

'Rooms were clean. Fitness center didn't have much except treadmill. Breakfast had lots of options'

'Convenient clean resort. If you have a rental be sure to reserve a parking spot as they’re very limited. We reserved one in advance and were very glad we did as the lot was full.'

'Very nices and quiet location, every helpful staff. Nicest rooms ever'

'If laundry come with dryer function will be better.'

'Great! Better than expected and it was very spacious with significant amount of space for two 22kg luggage’s to open. 2nd floor was quiet and simple amenities — less of a hotel style service though you could request for cleanings for additional. check in was easy considering i arrived at 10pm. check out was easy as well with space for me to leave my luggage’s (available till 5p) I definitely will want to consider staying at this and their other hotels in the future!'
