'Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating from the moment I arrived. The hotel is very difficult to find, especially if you are driving. There are two separate entrances on different streets. One entrance is for pedestrians and is located near downtown, while the parking entrance is on the back side of the property along a large boulevard. The problem is that the address provided leads you to the walking entrance, not the parking entrance. There is little to no signage, making it very easy...

'The property is clean and beautiful however it is very modern. Does not feel like you are in Mexico… Could be a beautiful resort anywhere in the world. Not a palm tree in sight! If you’re looking for a true Mexican experience, this is not your hotel. Also, there is no swimming on the beach… The surf is too strong. The only hotel that has a swimming beach in all of Cabo is the Hilton.'

'The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. 'Excellent location and cute facilities. The owners are sweet people and have the cutest dog and cat around the property. The room was pretty basic and I had some trouble with the hot water in the shower, but it was very comfortable and clean, with some unique art. I do think this property is not for everyone but I really enjoyed my time there.'
