'Great location, great Staff, overall wonderful experience'

'Great stay'

'As it was very hot and humid, question why lobby and at least some of dining area weren't air conditioned. Areas were always clean, staff was kind and helpful. Also, would have been nice to have early morning coffee available Coffee machine in room didn't seem to work.'

'Arquitectural style'

'The staff was great, and our hosts, Estephania and Manuel, were outstanding!! They communicated every day with a breakdown of activities on the property and where to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They went out of their way to make my 50th birthday a great one! We did have one problem with ants that...

'Easily accessible to the event that we attended. Ran out of water for bathing, etc. on one of the mornings of our stay which was replenished after a few hours,'

There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...

'It is downtown San Jose so Friday and Saturday nights were loud. They supplied ear plugs but be aware that there is a bar or club very close to hotel. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Staff was very helpful, friendly, room was clean and stocked with amenities.'
