The staff were warm, professional and welcoming, and the rooms were incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. 'We had a great week at El Cid. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, nearby many nice restaurants and super close to a bus stop from which you can get to Palma in 15 minutes. The staff extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice.
