'Villa liegt zwar in gutem Stadtteil ist aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Preis Leistung ist schlecht. Schnitt des Hauses ist auch nicht optimal. Einige Schlafzimmer sind Durchgangszimmer. Die Küche ist sicher nicht für 12 Personen ausgelegt (Normaler E Herd mit 3 Platten und kleiner Backofen.) Für das Geld ist das Haus von unserer Familie keine Empfehlung. '
