'Made several attempts prior to stay to inquire about parking since we had a rental car and didn’t hear back until we arrived which was several hours after check in time. Could use better markings to get to the property. Never mentioned to that you had to get through door 4 to get to 204. Other than that our stay was great. Beautiful home. '

'The Master Trevi was a great place to stay in Rome. The staff was super helpful getting us settled and our room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the smoke detector light, it was super bright and blinked all the time. If you have any issues with light sensitivity when sleeping maybe bring some light blocking stickers or something. '

'This boutique hotel is in a prime location close to most attractions and shopping. The room was very nice and had a large patio. The price was a bit high, but considering the location it is expected. Serena was very accommodating to holding our luggage until checkin and even had our room ready early! Free breakfast next door at Negresco. We really enjoyed our stay.'
'The staff were wonderful, communicating with us on WhatsApp before arrival and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The junior suite was very comfortable with an extra bed made up for our son. We forgot to bring a power adapter so it was a delight to find a usb-c input on the wall by the bed.

"Great location. I loved the Pantheon view! When you close the window, you don’t hear the noise from the square. The bed and pillow were confortable, and the airco worked properly. The room was quite small but efficiently structured and very clean; good for a short stay. It had a safe and a small fridge, and I liked that there were slippers available.
