We really loved staying here. It is SO close to the Pantheon we basically stumbled across it (how could you not) on our way to dinner the first night. Being our first time it was a real "WOW" moment. Great coffee shop right around the corner. User error, but took the second night to figure out the thermostat (power button is on the top, duh). Our host was excellent re: communication which was very helpful for alleviating first-timer anxieties. My daughter did not feel well during the trip and there is a farmacia directly across from the property (can be seen from the window). The only real challenge was hot water. We were able to make this work with a little bit of scheduling, but someone who shall remain nameless took a slightly longer shower the first night, so I had the unfortunate pleasure of a cold shower after a 12-hour flight. At night we would wait 30-45 minutes between showers so the boiler could fill back up, and then one of us would take one in the morning (3 people). In all fairness, they do tell you this in the information you receive at check-in and that is just the nature of older buildings in Rome! I can imagine with 4+ people this might be tricky if you have a full day of Rome planned that goes into the evening. Again, we managed this and otherwise loved this property.
