'Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked...

'The property is beautiful and grand with a fantastic breakfast and the most attentive staff, the only thing is we found was that is wasn’t walkable to any of the attractions or areas we wanted to visit, and the closest metro was about a 20 min walk away.'

'Room was small but quite comfy. Pillows were flat but the bed itself was comfortable. Loved our view from the 16th floor! We had some laundry and was able to do that on the 7th floor but be aware you may need to extend the drying time. We did so like an additional 3 hours total to get our stuff to dry and it was mainly undergarments. We were able to go out and come back to check on it throughout the day. Staff was helpful when we needed to extend our checkout time because we had a late flight....

'Considering it’s Japan and hotels tend to have small rooms, the rooms here were spacious. We had a double bed, our bathroom with a tub, washing machine that also drys, a kitchen sink, microwave, water boiler, mini fridge, tv and a balcony. Wonderful room. We had wifi connectivity issues on one day of our stay but that’s about it. Everything else was good. Thank you to the staff they were really kind.'
