'Ontbijt was geweldig - kamer netjes en goede bedden - jammer dat de beschrijving van garden view eigenlijk parking view is. S'nachts vertrekken klanten en heb je bovendien lawaai . Wifi is beperkt - we wilden een chromecast aansluiten en werden er constant uitgegooid.'

'Accueil parfait dans un château, ancienne abbaye, ancien orphelinat. De l'arrivée, au restaurant et à la chambre tout est précis et bien ordonné. Les cheminées flambent dans les salons et au bar. Les repas servis au restaurant sont succulents, tant au petit-déjeuner qu'au dinner. Le parc, surmonté par une fontaine et avec son gazon de golf, descend jusqu'à la mer. Le plus, le patron de l'hôtel qui accueille tous ses clients par une invitation au bar avec les boissons offertes et un historique...

'It's still quite a walk from the ocean or centre. The area itself was not special.'

'Excellent and clean with minimal noise despite the construction. The tub was a little deep compared to the bathroom floor but otherwise it was all amazing. The communal areas were clean and the staff was very helpful in calling cabs and assisting the Uber eats guy with finding me lol. There is a bus stop right down the street that will take you into town. '

'While the accommodation is slightly outside the city centre, this turned out to be a positive - we were able to see parts of Galway while walking which we would never have seen otherwise. The staff are lovely and conscientious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay'
