'The house was very comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The spaces were all pristine. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Communication was a breeze, including helping with a neighborhood power outage. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!'

'Roomy, comfortable place to spend the night. It’s a converted space, attached to the rear of the owners house. Tesla charger less than 3 miles away, and quick to interstate. No trouble with food close by (though the local diner on the corner—easy walk— was closed when I was there). Otherwise, very nice layover on your roadtrip.'

'I don’t think this property is set up as a vacation rental, especially in beautiful upscale Saratoga Springs. Felt more like a room for your college student child. Tiny shower (24”x24”), terrible internet streaming service, no microwave, furniture very uncomfortable, leaking bathroom fixture. Check-in was problematic…wrong entrance code provided while standing in pouring rain. Landscape contractor just walked into unit while we were partially undressed…very nerve-wracking.No amenities, such as...

'This home exceeded our expectations. From allowing an early (3pm) check-in and a gift of six bottles of Saratoga water and Saratoga potato chips to allowing us the full use of the washer and dryer and to a gracious checkout time, this rental met our every need. Our family had gathered for a burial of our stepfather's ashes in the town cemetery. Three couples: my spouse and me plus two daughters and their partners, all found comfort in all the furnishings and the well-equipped kitchen. We would...

'Nice location for stay during RPI graduation. We could walk to town for coffee, food, and shopping. Close to Saratoga Springs. We had a concern that the host quickly communicated and resolved, which is ideal. '

'We had a very lovely time at this property. It was conveniently located (about 10 minutes) to our son's weekend soccer tournament! The kids enjoyed the game room and relaxing in the hot tub. We were a couple weekends too early for the pool to be open. The showerhead in the master bath was AMAZINGLY powerful! The kitchen was fully stocked with spices galore, as well as kcups, tea, and hot cocoa! We had enough toiletries to last the weekend, without needing to buy anything extra! The property was...

'Parking is great. Spacious and fun theme. Great host! Thx for a good stay.'

'Nice place. Clean and good communication with Owner. Alot of gadgets and technology to figure out. Best if you are comfortable figuring it out.'

'Unconventional but extremely convenient and seamless check in. Very attentive staff. Would be happy to stay here again!'

'Room met our needs for an overnight stay, while attending a show at SPAC! Room was clean. Appears to have been recently renovated, with renovations in progress to other rooms within the motel complex. Reasonably priced.'
