'We had part of our honeymoon at The Atlantis and enjoyed the service and amenities. In particular, our butler Elena was extremely accommodating, helpful and elevated our experience. We were also gifted a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor and had access to the Imperial Club which provided us with so much food to enjoy each day! The pools and amenities were very clean. 'Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip! '

'Geweldig hotel, mooie kamers en prima service. Direct aan het strand. Maar je bent totaal afhankelijk qua eten, drinken etc van dit hotel en daar zijn de prijzen naar! Het is 30 minuten met de taxi rijden om ergens anders te eten. Ontbijt is 25 euro en cola is 6,00 euro! Restaurant is ook erg prijzig maar wel heel lekker. Voor China zijn deze prijzen echt veel te hoog, ondanks dat het een Hilton is. Verder prima hotel. Internet is wifi in de lobby voor 10 euro per dag!'
