"Let me first start with the staff, which is great, so nice and friendly! The room is nice, with a good bed, would say it’s more like 4 stars, but it’s omgood. The bathroon needs renovating. The sealants are yellow and on some places black and the water pressure is really low. I would make the fountain a little smaller, remove the foot shower and make a seperate bath and shower. The lunch options (near the pool but also in general) are far too limited and don’t live up to a 5 star hotel. For example no club sandwich or chicken burger. Please have a look at other restaurants there menu. The view is great, the pools are really nice and the beds near the pool also very good. One last point of critics. Paying for the spa (just the use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi) at a 5 star hotel is not okay."

"Wij komen jaarlijks in Sitges, nu voor de tweede keer Calipolis. Gewoon een prima hotel direct aan de boulevard en het centrum van Sitges. Mooie ruime, schone kamers met ruim balkon en grote goede bedden. Het hotel is exact als op de foto's. Het zwembad is alleen wel aan de kleine kant met een beperkt aantal ligbedden. Het hotel wordt ook regelmatig voor zakelijke bijeenkomsten afgevuurd waardoor het een mengeling geeft van zakelijke en vakantiegangers. Wij kiezen er doorom tegenwoordig voor om niet in het hotel te ontbijten omdat voor ons deze twee groepen niet zo prettig voelr. Het parkeren is vrij prijzig in de naastgelegen publieke garage. Onder het hotel parkeren is 5 euro goedkoper, maar het is ons nog nooit gelukt om daar te kunnen parkeren (omdat het hotel veel zakelijke bijeenkomsten heeft). Calipolis is voor ons een heerlijke plek en zullen er hoogstwaarschijnlijk volgend jaar ook weer verblijven. "
