'Our stay here was perfect. The house is so charming and the location is great. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Check in was easy and communication with the host was very pleasant. I cannot recommend this house enough. '

'My husband and I stayed one night at the White Oak cabin on this lovely, historic property. The hospitality was wonderful, and the charcuterie tray in the room was perfect…. We loved the history and the preservation of it… As well as the modern or artistic accents. It felt a bit cramped for us, and perhaps the steep steps and super soft mattress, kept us from giving it a five star rating. One of the highlights was the walk in the woods early this morning.'

We couldn't find another place in the area to stay. So we made the best of it and left the place much cleaner than we found it. 'The location is generally in the middle of nowhere. But oddly enough, my friend and I came down to visit some friends we know who live in Locust Grove. It was a great trip. House was fantastic and the location was perfect right on the water. No issues with check-in. Great hosts. Great location and place.'
