'The house was clean and neat, inside and outside. However, the photos and description did not accurately portray the neighborhood. We never felt unsafe or concerned, but the neighborhood was not as "nice" as implied. I would stay there again, but with different expectations. Things that would make this property and experience better: 1) Really need to repair/replace the exhaust fan in the hall bathroom. 'Walter is an A#1 Host!! The cottage was clean! The location is so convenient. My bed was so comfy and there was a TV in my bdrm as well as the large one in the LR. There's a screened in porch in the back w nice patio furniture. I had my morning coffee in the back yard sitting at the picnic table (1 of 2) . The cottage is in a residential area and the neighbors are quiet . I was very comfortable there.'
