'A lovely classic old hotel, albeit one in the midst of significant renovation. That said, surprisingly good value in an expensive hotel city and very well located for anything you might need in Byward Market, University of Ottawa and downtown/Centretown.'

'The Hotel is located 10min walk from Ottawa’s highlights. No other transportation needed than your legs. Furthermore there is a Fitness Room, swimming pool and small Sauna available. After Sauna visit there is an outdoor terras to cool down slowly. We had a suite for 5/6 people and this was a convenient way of spending our time in this Hotel. (Kitchen + dishwasher is available as well. '

'Hotel looks great and is at a fantastic location. Bed is very good. Room is big. Cleanses is good. Extremely slow WiFi which is in usable for work. You can buy a faster connection for $10 per day which is not of this time. Shower although it looks fantastic is bad. No water pressure, had to wait at least 10 minutes for the shower to get warm. Did give the reception a notification with no result. Staff depending on who you helped. Overall ok but with some bad exceptions. One day I had to...
