'A quiet neighbourhood. Close proximity to U Ottawa. Very convenient walking distance to restaurants and downtown Ottawa. It was a pleasant 2 night stay for us. Staff were very polite and quick to process our check in/out. The thermostat in the room was a bit old; hard to control the room temperature. Otherwise, it was a beautiful junior suite that we lived in. Will definitely come back again:)'

'Hotel looks great and is at a fantastic location. Bed is very good. Room is big. Cleanses is good. Extremely slow WiFi which is in usable for work. You can buy a faster connection for $10 per day which is not of this time. Shower although it looks fantastic is bad. No water pressure, had to wait at least 10 minutes for the shower to get warm. Did give the reception a notification with no result. Staff depending on who you helped. Overall ok but with some bad exceptions. One day I had to...

'The hotel really lives up to the name and expectations. Lovely lobby with smooth jazz and friendly staff. Big room with a terrific view of the swimming pool with the city skyline in the back. Amenities were great and so was parking. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!'
