'The property in in Gatineau Park, on Meech Lake. The house itself is immaculate! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. Amid beautiful reclaimed wood decor, there was also a Huge Gas range. Dining room, living room and TV loft were excellent. Main bathroom features a stand-alone tub that even die-hard shower-ers would be inclined to use. The space was spotless on check-in. Now onto the star of the show - the boat house. 'Location was 10 to 12 minutes away from the city of Ottawa, which was great. Host was responsive. Check in process was detailed, well organized and very simple. Overall our group had 10 people and this was a great fit.'

'The house was very clean, tidy and well equipped for our family. We found there to be a good amount of cooking utilities in the kitchen, and our son loved the endless children's books and toys located in the upstairs bedroom closet. We found a local grocery store a few streets over that had everything we needed. The house was a good 30 minute drive from downtown Ottawa but still remote enough for it to be quiet most of the day with little disturbance from traffic. Overall we would definitely...

'We had a lovely stay here! We wish we had better weather to enjoy morning coffee on the porch overlooking the river more. We had some big rainstorms and cooler temps for most of our stay. We had plenty of space to spread out in this nicely remodeled farmhouse. Some of the doors seem to be originals so they are tricky to open, but they add to the charm of the property. 'We had the most amazing time at this cottage during March break! We were two families staying together, and the space was perfect for all 10 of us. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy. We spent our days enjoying the outdoors with campfires, skiing at Edelweiss, ice fishing, and taking walks across the lake.
