'We stayed for one week with our our adult childeren. It is a cousy house , with a very nice swimmingpool and well equipped garden. We could see that the house is normally inhabited with many books on the shelves etc. . That makes you feel at home. The owner is very polite and helpful. All you need is in the neighborhood: supermarket at 800 m , the beach at 350 m. '

'We stayed 9-23rd August in this amazing house. The owner was so good to us and the handover agent Sharon was amazing as there is a lot to this wonderful home. The area it is in is stunning. You do need a car as it is a distance from amenities, however, Taxi and Uber services are plentiful. The house is very comfortable and there were things like washing powder, dishwasher tablets, condiments and so much more there. You were asked to replace anything that ran out but great to have this. 'The house is exactly as the pictures show. There are no direct neighbours so being a little bit noisy at night was not a problem at all. Enjoy the sun and the great views from the veranda. The house was clean. I would have liked a few further items in the kitchen but I informed the agency and they told me they will buy these. Generally good communication. We may come back!'

'We had an amazing stay at this home in Marbella. We are a large group (basically 6 adults and 2 toddlers) but never felt cramped whatsoever. The home is modern and beautiful with 4 bedrooms each with an en suite, though there was no additional bathroom in the home. The kitchen is modern and well appointed. 'Our 5 night stay at Villa Vista Mar with my 2 teenagers and Mum was perfect. The view is stunning day and night . The pool and fully air conditioned villa provided welcome respite from the August heat when needed and the patio furniture enabled family card games and al fresco dining in the early evening. We will definitely stay again.'

'There were a lot of issues with the house. Thermostat was not working in one of the bedrooms, not fixed during the entire stay, broken furniture in the master, bedding is very cheap - probably the cheapest option from the nearby supermarket, not something you expect in 50K/month rental. We had a boxspring skirt used as a "fitted sheet" in the master. Small pillows in the master and only 1 pillow per guest was provided. No towels in the house - we were only given 1 towel per person. No toilet...

"Service gerichtheid van het personeel is uitstekend! We moesten soms om wat dingetjes vragen en deze werden geregeld! Locatie, uitermate schoon! Wij hadden een kamer, begaande grond aan het zwembad, ideaal! Enige minpuntjes gezocht: kaart voor lunch, te weinig keuze in sandwiches! Prijs voor drankjes, net iets te hoog. Hotelgasten zouden een bepaalde discount moeten krijgen omdat ze daar ook verblijven! 5 sterren waardig. Muziek aan het zwembad tot laat in de avond, ook super!"
