'First of all we had to wait for 10 minutes to actually gain access to the apartment, even though our communication was very clear as to when we would arrive. The property had a lot of dust , eg on chandeliers, vents, and needed a thorough clean. If you want to sleep in the room with the double bed bring ear plugs because you can hear everything that is happening upstairs…. The conversations, walking around, moving furniture etc. The air conditioning unit in the room with 2 single beds hardly...

'Our stay was great! It was on the quieter side of the river, but still within easy access of everything we wanted to do. There was ample space for me and my husband and was the perfect home for our time in Florence. '

'The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. They recommended wonderful sightseeing spots based on the amount of time we had, which made our visit even more enjoyable.
