Where is the Lake ?
Made it sound like cottages were on the lake or overlooking the lake . the only thing we overlooked was the parking lot and another cottage . The park is down the street a couple miles away . I am on disability so I was not able to enjoy the lake from our cottage .

Pretty nice indeed
Overall even though we only stayed two nights, it was very spacious and clean. My only complaint would be the stiffness of the beds. I honestly slept better on the pull out bed from the couch. Though I would come back again.

Place was close to the strip. Clean and neat. They property had two pull out sofas, we were missing linens for one. Called the property management and they had some dropped off the next morning. We had a great time!!

A good little getaway.
The stay was fine, and the rooms were as they should be. Could have done without the construction next-door, but understand that progress was being made. It was nice that it was within walking distance of everything. There was a little bit of previous damage that hopefully they are already aware of, like the broken gas shock on the door and the scuffs in the second bedroom to the right on the light switch wall. All in all, it was a fine stay. Thank you for accommodating us on such short notice. (things that could be addressed or added to the comforts of stay) a portable fan for sleeping in the bedrooms, some form of digital clock/radio. Possibly extra hooks in the bathroom for towels like on the back of the door. or even coasters for drinks. (Things that do need to be fixed ) The plunger in the bathroom sink is broken and doesn’t allow water to go down. The gas shock on the screen door. And glue the beach sign over the sink back together…… Just some helpful suggestions to give you positive feedback to make others stay potentially more enjoyable. We enjoyed staying at your facility. Overall the unit was very nice except there was no closet to hang up clothes. We did have to wash the floors because they were dirty and our feet kept getting dirty. We are thinking about booking again next year during the same time

Enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our stay - the cottage was comfortable. It was convenient to access the park for our puppies, or walk to town for coffee, breakfast, dinner, etc. The only caveat is the noise at night - the area is mainly younger people who want to be on the strip, so it was still noisy at 1:45am. You may like that, it was tolerable for us, but not ideal. Nothing the owner can do about that!

Cute space for a few nights. Basic comforts met. A few notes: Light on oven was on when not in use. Oven smoked when heating up pizza due to Quite a lot of residue in bottom of oven. Not enuf dinner plates or chairs around table. Screens needed in some windows.

We had a great time on the stripe. We were very and close and could easily walk to the main attractions which we loved, but the house wasn’t as nice as ones we previously stayed. The floors were uneven and it was poorly trimmed. The worst part though was the sheets were horrible! They were slippery and came off every time you turned over, other than that it was a nice place to stay

Great place to stay to explore Geneva
It says you are across from a public beach in the details - that is not true - it is across from a public park which is a nice park. You need to DRIVE to a beach from this rental. The place was just big enough for our crew and we all enjoyed it. The air conditioning units worked well. There are only 3 full size dishes and the rest are coffee size ones so bring some paper plates. There is no dishwasher here. Nice touch to provide hand soaps at the sinks and dish soap. Nobody wants to pack that stuff. Shower had good pressure. You are about a 10 minute walk from the main strip to get food and shopping. A few bar/lounges in walking distance. GOTL Brewing Co. and a little market were VERY CLOSE walk. Was very nice we did not have to try to find parking at the strip - close walk. We enjoyed the fire pit at night. Thank you to the owner of this VRBO!

Great location.
It was a great stay! My only real complaint would have been that anytime we tried cooking in the kitchen the smoke alarms would go off because old food residue was on the burners.(wasn't visible until you turned on the stove). Place was clean! Great location! Most of the neighbors were friendly. Definitely would stay again! Thanks for making our small getaway great!

The good, the bad and the ugly
First the good; the photos are accurate but the place is smaller than it looks. There was an issue when I first arrived and it was easy to reach someone for assistance. The bathroom was clean, the floors were clean and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. Now the not so good… while the place was surface clean, it definitely needed some attention. The living room furniture is stained. When we opened the pull out couch a bunch of crumbs fell out all over the floor. The oven was filthy. Also, one of the ceiling fans in the living room wobbles so badly I thought it was going to fall off the ceiling. But hands-down the biggest problem with this unit is the beds. The mattresses are old, stained, lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. Also there was no mattress protector or pad on the beds just sheets over these old mattresses. All in all a very uncomfortable stay unfortunately.

Excellent customer service and a fun town
They answer phone and reply asap if any questions or issues. We had a good time. It's very convenient walking distance to the GOTL strip and the township park. The rental is only a10 minute drive to Geneva on the Lake State park which is a excellent sandy beach. There is also a somewhat hard to find access to the lake on the east side of the Township park for a somewhat private beach. Seems like only locals know how to access the hard to reach unofficial township park beach area .Just ask a teenager skateboarding in the park. Thanks

This property meet our needs of being close to The Spire Institute for a diving conference meet. Accommodations are worn and dingy. Beds very uncomfortable. Linens and pillows provided were very low (used) quality. Heater is noisy and woke us through the night. Could hear noise from neighboring apartment.

Nice place to stay for the holidays 🎄
The owner was quick to respond to any questions before our stay. The cottage was spotless and had so much more to offer than a hotel as my family was in town from NY, and that's where we had Thanksgiving dinner. Linens, dishes, cookware, and more were supplied in addition to the fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The location is beautiful and safe, and it's one block from a park and Lake Erie. Very comfortable and spacious. It is also a safe location, and they felt safe walking their dogs at night. It was awesome, especially for the off season price.
