'The shower was great the room nice and clean. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. They were nice and gave us a late check out. Only improvement i would suggest is that the bed is a little to firm (not uncomfortable, but not comfortable either)'

'It’s a good apartment hotel managed by Swiss Garden group. Check in took a lot of time and parking was a hassle, breakfast was below average. Other than that it was a pleasant stay'

We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. 'Thanks to the reviews, I already expect the check in procedure to last for 20-30mins and it’s true. After checking in, the car park was allocated at tower 3 and our card only have assess to tower 2. So it took another 30 mins to figure out how to walk around in the car park to reach your apartment. The apartment has zero noise cancelling. Upstairs walking, flushing and opposite door closing and opening you can literally hear everything. Most probably you are going to sleep late from neighbours...

"Appartment was very spacious. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and even 2 kitchens. Excellent view from the balcony on the Petronas towers. Nice infinity pool. Check-in a little confusing as reception in the lobby is not working for the tenant. No towels on the apartment so we needed to wait for that as well. Overall a good choice if you want something near the KLCC and the petronas towers and prefer an Appartment over a hotel. Price wise I think it was still good. "
