'Stayed here to crash after our concert at House of Blues. So glad we chose this spot. Easy to get in, get out and uber fees were reasonable all-around downtown/Montrose area. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near downtown.'

'This is the perfect spot for hosting a Bachelorette... if you don't plan on making a lot of noise. They have noise monitors on the property and threaten to fine you if you get too loud. The property was set up very well and it was very clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, there were ants in two of the restrooms. 'I am writing this hoping it helps someone else not have the horrible experience we did. We got there and the pictures, especially the first one do not match the apartment at all. The sofa, carpet and areas in the bedrooms were stained and looked dirty. We were still going to stay, but after unloading our groceries, we found 2 roaches in the kitchen. We took photos and contacted the host immediately and left and had to go to another hotel. The worst part was that the host stated they would call...

'Stayed here for a month while working at the medical center and it was great! The place was clean and in a convenient location, close to lots of restaurants, bars, and things to do. Towels were provided and replaced. Of note, I paid for the gated parking because the parking outside the gate is first come first serve, which I’m glad I did. Would recommend for long term stays. The host was very fast to respond and checked in every once and a while, which I appreciated.'
