'Bij 1 van de badkamers was het bad/douche onbruikbaar omdat er een lekkage uit het plafond kwam. Keuken was behoorlijk incompleet, er waren geen pannen en nauwelijks kookgerei. De beheerder hebben we hierop gewezen en deze heeft dagelijks aanvulling beloofd en excuses gemaakt. Uiteindelijk is de keuken nooit aangevuld geweest en hebben we alle dagen buiten de deur moeten eten.'

'This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped...

'Dustin was an amazing host and the home was perfect for my family! We had an amazing time and were comfortable our entire trip. I have absolutely no complaints about the home and I would suggest it to any family or big group looking to stay in Houston! '

'The stay was in such a good location, we were able to walk to a few different spots saving money on ubers since we didn’t get a rental. The unit was really nice with such a good view being on the 8th floor seeing the whole city. There was a pool that we checked out one day and met a few locals who told us some cool spots to check out. I would definitely love to stay here again when we visit in the future! '
