'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

'We stay at this location frequently and always enjoy it. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and everything we need for a comfortable stay. We love having access to the pool, hot tub, gym, and common areas, plus the private patio is a great spot to relax. 'Bij 1 van de badkamers was het bad/douche onbruikbaar omdat er een lekkage uit het plafond kwam. Keuken was behoorlijk incompleet, er waren geen pannen en nauwelijks kookgerei. De beheerder hebben we hierop gewezen en deze heeft dagelijks aanvulling beloofd en excuses gemaakt. Uiteindelijk is de keuken nooit aangevuld geweest en hebben we alle dagen buiten de deur moeten eten.'

'This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped...

'The place is beautifully decorated and the host was kind and responded very fast. I love how we were close to everything and we had an option to park in the garage which helped instead of trying to find street parking. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Would recommend '

'Had to bring my brother to MD Anderson for Cancer Treatments. This apartment was PERFECT!!! Gave him the privacy he needed and was only a few blocks from the Hospital!! We will be using this place again when we have to return! Comfortable, Clean, Secure, and Convenient!!! '
