'Very correct and friendly staff!!'

'Very enjoyable!'

'Clean and quiet apartment in a residential high rise. The apartment had facilities to cook and do the laundry. The deposit was swiftly returned after our departure.'

'Almost everything is really good. Above all the fitness area is outstanding for hotel standards. But the showers / water pressure is horrible. At one point the shower was barely dripping. Brought it up to the staff and they were willing to help, but the problem was not fixed (not the fault of the staff)'

'Foto's kwamen totaal niet overeen met de realiteit, onfris, lekkage in de kamer, brandalarm ging af in de nacht. We zijn voor de eerste nacht naar een ander hotel aan de overkant gegaan. Nooit weer.'

'We were offered an upgrade to help better fit our group. Responses were very quick and helpful. View and location were choice. Just be mindful of how to check in and out for the smoothest possible experience! :)'

'Excelente alojamiento muy cerca del centro de Toronto a pie. Tiene buenas amenidades cerca como un Starbucks. La zona es tranquila y bien ubicada. Muy recomendable por el costo'

'Een heel slecht hotel qua voorzieningen. Staf was vriendelijk maar veel te duur voor wat je ervoor krijgt'

'Ok…super beyond great stay! Modern clean equipped and easy! Perfect location for almost everything! The price was beyond good and the suite is unmatched in the 100’s of places I’ve stayed! My ONLY concern was the 4 pm super crazy chaotic check in! The building has 100’s of apartments for short term rental and the lobby was chaos(my checkin was easy, so the pre arrival) but the 3 available elevators to the 39th floor took forever, to be expected I suppose! The view was spectacular and...

'Our stay at Sumach House was absolutely amazing! The room looked exactly like the photos, and the host was incredibly responsive and attentive. One thoughtful touch that really stood out was receiving a message at 1 p.m. letting us know our room was ready in case we wanted to check in early. That had never happened to me before, and I really appreciated it! The house itself is beautiful, filled with charming details and unique finds. We loved the terrace, and although we didn’t get a chance to...

'We absolutely loved our stay at Nobu Toronto. It’s honestly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, and from the moment we arrived, we felt so well looked after. The location is fantastic, but what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It’s those little touches and the feeling that everyone genuinely wants you to have the best experience that make all the difference. The breakfast was amazing...

'Well located to downtown, nice rooms, desk clerk was friendly and helpful'

'We really enjoyed our stay, the customer service was amazing and the place was so clean and easy to access. Even the access to extra essentials if needed was a great plus. The space was just what we needed and we loved having a washer and dryer and small kitchen area, as well as not needing a key card but just using a code to get in/out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!'
