'Wonderful experience at INFIVILLA Welly suites. Our suite was very spacious, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great size for families with children. The amenities are in great condition, very newly built. The city view is also nice.
Location wise is central Toronto, very convenient, close to subway stations.

'Brand new design hotel, beautifull furnished, very friendly people, lovely breakfast a la carte, premium bed, bathroom and linnen, very nice bathroom products. Outstanding fitnessfacility! Maybe some things due to the fact it is a brand new hotel... The airconditioning was to be operated with a hightech controlpanel and we did not got the AC right, and the curtains were difficult to open and close. '

When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. 'Almost everything is really good. Above all the fitness area is outstanding for hotel standards. But the showers / water pressure is horrible. At one point the shower was barely dripping. Brought it up to the staff and they were willing to help, but the problem was not fixed (not the fault of the staff)'

'I LOVED this gem! I don't know what the couple of bad reviews are about. The room was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. Parking is behind the building and public parking, and although that was not convenient, it was fine. Glad we picked this hotel.'
