'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. We didn’t complain because it didn’t bother us, but we made note of it with the staff at checkout. When we returned later in the week for one more...

'Room was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly upon check-in, and again during check-out. The outside noises of the cars and whistles from the local traffic was quite loud…however considering how busy the weekend of our booking was and how close we were to Scotiabank Arena it’s understandable. Staff did a great job with an add-on that was applied to the room it was beautiful! Really made our weekend quite special.'
