'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. We didn’t complain because it didn’t bother us, but we made note of it with the staff at checkout. When we returned later in the week for one more...

'My husband and I had a fantastic stay. The property is just minutes from Scotiabank Arena and the CN Tower, with excellent views and a clean, scenic space that felt very well maintained. Communication was clear and easy, and the host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Public paid underground parking is conveniently located just outside. You really can’t get more “Toronto” than this!! I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you!!'
