'Brand new design hotel, beautifull furnished, very friendly people, lovely breakfast a la carte, premium bed, bathroom and linnen, very nice bathroom products. Outstanding fitnessfacility! Maybe some things due to the fact it is a brand new hotel... The airconditioning was to be operated with a hightech controlpanel and we did not got the AC right, and the curtains were difficult to open and close. '

'Almost everything is really good. Above all the fitness area is outstanding for hotel standards. But the showers / water pressure is horrible. At one point the shower was barely dripping. Brought it up to the staff and they were willing to help, but the problem was not fixed (not the fault of the staff)'
'Service and ambience of the hotel was wonderful and great! We were nicely greeted at the front lobby when we entered and when we left. Excellent hotel. Particularly enjoyed the large bedroom suite with cosy decor and excellent lighting. My purpose of visit was business to attend a conference.'

'The place is clean, and cozy. The furnishings are a bit sparse, and the building could use some TLC, but it's fantastic, for the price. It's close to everything in downtown Toronto. The staff was great. I would stay there again.'
