'We had multiple families with kids and house had great setup for it.'

'We’ve been visiting Chautauqua for years and this was by far our best trip yet. The chalet was beautiful and very well stocked with all the essentials and then some!! Communication with the owners was great. We were able to hike and explore the property, play in the snow, enjoy some of the local wineries, then wind down to relax by the cozy fireplace. 'We all came up to see the eclipse. The cottage was easy to fine, had great bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, and perfecct yard for all my grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was helpful and easy to contact for questions. We do recommend this "House by a pond" for a pleasant stay away from home.'

'We stayed for three days at Windsor Chalet with our two adult children, their "significants" and their dogs . We had hoped for some skiing but needless to say the weather didn't cooperate. Instead we visited near by Salamanca, NY (home of Seneca Allegany Casino, Seneca Gaming, Seneca Iroquois National Museum and nearby Allegany State Park). The park was such great spot to hike with our dog and if you're interested in spending time in the Casino it's really close. We wanted to visit the Museum...

'Cut my foot open and so did my 3 year old son. He had to get stitches, from missing grout from between the floor tiles. All the tiles were coming apart. It was so bad we had to have the property maintenance man come over and check the floors. My wife fell on her back on the ice directly infront of the ring camera on the house hit her head and my daughter fell on the " heated" driveway busted he knee open on the ice and it goes on and on. We took very good pictures and videoed all of it too.'

'The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The setting is rural and quiet, and the large deck on the back of the house is a wonderful gathering space for family and friends. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed, and the decor throughout the house was pleasing.'
