'All staff are extremely friendly and service minded - worthy of a 5-star accomodation. The rooms are a bit tired, although comfortable. Bathroom small - if you are over 1,80 you will not be able to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. Hotel is beautifully located and the gardens are an absolute pleasure to spend some warm evenings enjoying a drink or waterpipe. '

'Das Zimmer war unsere Ruheoase, sehr schön eingerichtet, genügend Platz und Stauraum, bequeme Betten, sehr sauber und ohne Straßenlärm. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und lecker, Personal für das Frühstück ist etwas schwerfällig und versteht/versteht nicht gut Englisch. ALLES ist in Frischhaltefolie eingepackt, was absolut nicht nötig wäre und vom Umweltaspekt ein Unding ist, zumindest für uns Deutsche. Das Personal am Counter ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. 'I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. '

'The hotel is very well located in Cairo and has a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The breakfast is varied and they also had typical Egyptian specialties. The 3 restaurants are super tasty and we recommend the Grill enough! The room service was also on point. The only downside were the noisy events on Friday and Saturday until late at night. We definitely recommend this hotel!'

'The apartment was fantastic. The view from the balcony was spectacular overlooking the Nile.. the apartment was clean and the cleaning services are great. Mohammed Ahmad was the guy in charge of the apartment during my stay there and he was absolutely amazing. He provided great assistance. The location of the apartment is perfect. I will definitely be staying there again and I will be sending other others to stay there as well.'
