'The apartment was fantastic. The view from the balcony was spectacular overlooking the Nile.. the apartment was clean and the cleaning services are great. Mohammed Ahmad was the guy in charge of the apartment during my stay there and he was absolutely amazing. He provided great assistance. The location of the apartment is perfect. I will definitely be staying there again and I will be sending other others to stay there as well.'

'I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. '

L’hôtel est très difficile à trouver car il est situé au 5 ieme étage d’un immeuble, son entrée passe inaperçu, sur Google Maps notre point de repère était le modern packaging. Nous avons dû faire quelques aménagements à notre chambre et les gens à l’accueil ont été rapidement en mode solution, ils sont tous très aimables et toujours souriants. 'Prettig ontvangst aan de receptie, waarna de koffers naar de (ruime) kamer gebracht werden. De kamer was ruim met een schitterend uitzicht op de Nijl.
De airco (enigzins lawaaiig zorgde voor een fijn klimaat op de kamer. De bedden zijn uitstekend. Het ontbijt is goed met heel prettig personeel.
Dit hotel is een aanrader. '

'We had a very good 3 nights at this hotel. Room was spacious comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful. Good breakfast and room service. Location of hotel was perfect for us as there are lots of restaurants and cafes with plenty shops within walking distance. Safe area and no one hassling you to buy things. Easy to get a taxi to museums and ancient city sites within Cairo. '

'The hotel is very well located in Cairo and has a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The breakfast is varied and they also had typical Egyptian specialties. The 3 restaurants are super tasty and we recommend the Grill enough! The room service was also on point. The only downside were the noisy events on Friday and Saturday until late at night. We definitely recommend this hotel!'

'All staff are extremely friendly and service minded - worthy of a 5-star accomodation. The rooms are a bit tired, although comfortable. Bathroom small - if you are over 1,80 you will not be able to stand in the bathtub to take a shower.

'Ich habe im Hotel New Star Zamalek übernachtet und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Lage ist wirklich top , sicher und mitten im schönen Stadtteil Zamalek. Viele Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht.

'Overlooking Nile River, Zamalek is located at a very convenient location to any tourist attractions in Cairo. Although a hostel, I got my own room that is not only spacious, but also very clean. Kareem and his staff are very friendly and helpful in providing any service and advices at any time. I see many "Thank you" notes in different languages on the wall. You will like this hostel.'

'A neat affordable welcoming hotel in a quiet neighbourhood on the island of Zamalek. Moving around requires taxis while in Downtown or Dokki one might be closer to a metro. 'The room was not like the pictures. It was neglected and wore out. The entire building was in bad shape.
